I didn't expect to like this movie as much as I did. I loved the characters and the evolving relationship between Cameron Diaz and Toni Collette. I loved Shirley Maclaine and her friend Mrs. Lefkowitz. Some people might call this movie cheezy or contrived but on a cold and snowy night, it made me laugh and it made me cry and few movies can do that anymore.
